You help an anxious client. They get better. You see it. And weeks later, the same fear is back, wearing slightly different clothes.
If any of that lands, you're in the right place. Anxiety returning isn't a sign you're not skilled enough. It's a sign that almost everything we were trained to do with anxiety was built to manage it, never to resolve it.
There's another way to work, and that's what this class is about.
Why anxiety keeps coming back, and why that becomes completely predictable once you see how it was created
The three widely accepted myths about anxiety that unintentionally keep it alive - the ones nearly all of us were trained to believe
The difference between regulating anxiety and resolving it, and why that one distinction changes every intervention
The framework I use to uncreate anxiety at the root, so clients walk away free instead of dependent on you or on medication
The shift from Regulator to Resolver, and what it means for the way you practise
Think of it this way: most anxiety work trims the leaves off the weed. This class is about pulling the weed out by the root.
Therapists, coaches, counsellors, and practitioners who work with anxious clients and want lasting resolution rather than another management tool. If you've also experienced anxiety yourself and want to understand it differently, you're welcome here too.

About Sue
I was anxious every single day for four decades. Two of my three children experienced anxiety.
I spent 32 years teaching and counselling anxious students, coached thousands of parents of anxious kids, and invested 25 years and over $400,000 trying to find a way to reduce the anxiety and unnecessary suffering I kept seeing in children and adults.
What I found changed everything - for my own family, for my clients, and for the practitioners I now train. I'd like to share the heart of it with you.

Not only has my journey with Sue changed my child's life, and my relationship with my children, I also have a greater understanding of myself and can navigate obstacles more easily now."

🤔The realisations land in the room in a way they don't on a replay, and there's something I'll be offering to live attendees only.

No. This masterclass is conceptual work, not a technique demonstration. You'll leave with a lens, not a script. The framework reshapes how you think about anxiety at the foundational level, which then changes how you work but the masterclass itself is about the lens, not specific techniques.
If you work with people in a professional capacity where anxiety comes up - coaching, education, OT, counselling, social work, allied health - yes. This is for anyone whose work intersects with anxiety, not only clinicians.
At the end of the masterclass, I'll briefly introduce a foundational course for professionals who want to develop this approach further in their practice. That mention takes about five minutes of the ninety. The rest is teaching. You're welcome to leave at that point if you got what you came for.
The Fear to Freedom framework is drawn from years of clinical observation and practice. It is not a peer-reviewed modality. I'm transparent about this. Professionals who attend bring their own clinical judgement to whether the framework is useful for their work, and that is exactly the right approach.
There isn't one. The masterclass is genuinely free. It exists because the framework is hard to convey in writing alone, and ninety minutes of teaching does what an article can't. The foundational course mentioned at the end is the path for those who want to go further. Everyone else leaves with the masterclass content and uses it however they see fit.
