Why anxiety keeps returning and how to resolve it?

A free live masterclass for practitioners on understanding and uncreating anxiety.

You'll see the three myths that quietly keep anxiety alive in the people we work with, and the framework I use to resolve it at the root instead of managing it for life.

Is this you?

You help an anxious client. They get better. You see it. And weeks later, the same fear is back, wearing slightly different clothes.

So you reach for more. More tools, more sessions, more strategies. Or you quietly conclude this is simply how it is for some people, and your job is to help them cope with it for life.

If any of that lands, you're in the right place. Anxiety returning isn't a sign you're not skilled enough. It's a sign that almost everything we were trained to do with anxiety was built to manage it, never to resolve it.

There's another way to work, and that's what this class is about.

What you'll discover

01

Why anxiety keeps coming back, and why that becomes completely predictable once you see how it was created

02

The three widely accepted myths about anxiety that unintentionally keep it alive - the ones nearly all of us were trained to believe

03

The difference between regulating anxiety and resolving it, and why that one distinction changes every intervention

04

The framework I use to uncreate anxiety at the root, so clients walk away free instead of dependent on you or on medication

05

The shift from Regulator to Resolver, and what it means for the way you practise

Think of it this way: most anxiety work trims the leaves off the weed. This class is about pulling the weed out by the root.

Who this is for

Therapists, coaches, counsellors, and practitioners who work with anxious clients and want lasting resolution rather than another management tool. If you've also experienced anxiety yourself and want to understand it differently, you're welcome here too.

About Sue

I was anxious every single day for four decades. Two of my three children experienced anxiety.

I spent 32 years teaching and counselling anxious students, coached thousands of parents of anxious kids, and invested 25 years and over $400,000 trying to find a way to reduce the anxiety and unnecessary suffering I kept seeing in children and adults.

What I found changed everything - for my own family, for my clients, and for the practitioners I now train. I'd like to share the heart of it with you.

What practitioners and families say

"Before I met Sue, I felt overwhelmed and helpless to support my child through her anxiety journey. After my first session with Sue, I implemented a couple of simple tips and the results were immediate and I wanted more!

Not only has my journey with Sue changed my child's life, and my relationship with my children, I also have a greater understanding of myself and can navigate obstacles more easily now."

- Katherine M.

A Little Extra Support Before We Meet

You don’t have to wait for the live class to start shifting how you work.

I've created three pre training videos you can watch right away, to help you begin seeing what's really driving the anxiety in your clients… and what it actually takes to resolve it.

You’ll get:

  • 🎥 Pre Training Video 1 The Client Who Got Better… Then Came Back

  • 🎥 Pre Training Video 2Regulation Is Not Resolution

  • 🎥 Pre Training Video 3From Regulator to Resolver

These are short, practical lessons to leave you a little more equipped and a lot more certain, before we even meet.

Questions you might have

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive a replay if I can't attend live?

Yes. All registrants receive the replay within 48 hours, whether they attended live or not. The replay is available for 5 days from when it's sent. No separate registration is needed.

Is this just another anxiety workshop?

No. This masterclass is conceptual work, not a technique demonstration. You'll leave with a lens, not a script. The framework reshapes how you think about anxiety at the foundational level, which then changes how you work but the masterclass itself is about the lens, not specific techniques.

I'm not a clinically trained therapist - am I in the right place?

If you work with people in a professional capacity where anxiety comes up - coaching, education, OT, counselling, social work, allied health - yes. This is for anyone whose work intersects with anxiety, not only clinicians.

Will there be a sales pitch at the end?

At the end of the masterclass, I'll briefly introduce a foundational course for professionals who want to develop this approach further in their practice. That mention takes about five minutes of the ninety. The rest is teaching. You're welcome to leave at that point if you got what you came for.

Is the framework scientifically validated?

The Fear to Freedom framework is drawn from years of clinical observation and practice. It is not a peer-reviewed modality. I'm transparent about this. Professionals who attend bring their own clinical judgement to whether the framework is useful for their work, and that is exactly the right approach.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. The masterclass is genuinely free. It exists because the framework is hard to convey in writing alone, and ninety minutes of teaching does what an article can't. The foundational course mentioned at the end is the path for those who want to go further. Everyone else leaves with the masterclass content and uses it however they see fit.
